Lely Resort Realty LLC was formed as the selling arm for Stock Development which purchased the initial portion of Lely Resort in April of 2002.
Stock Development has since purchased the remainder of Lely Resort's 3000 acres and is currently land-planning the entire parcel to ensure the integrity of the Lely Resort Community.
Lely Resort Realty LLC was formed to provide new home marketing services for the initial Lely Resort development phases and has since added a resale division Lely Resort Resales, a mortgage company Stock Financial and our own in-house rental division Lely Resort Rentals to better service our customers.
