The centerpiece of The Players Club & Spa Health
& Fitness Program is a 3,500 square foot fitness
center filled with state-of-the-art cardiovascular
and weight training equipment. Professional staff
are be available seven days a week to provide counseling
for members and their individual training programs.
Group fitness activities are regularly scheduled
in the 1,200 square foot aerobics room and the outdoor
yoga garden. And for those who enjoy an aquatic
